Picking cherries is a wonderful family outing. On our "South Farm" located just under the scenic Niagara Escarpment we have planted dwarf trees. These have branches low to the ground, making it easy to pick without requiring a ladder.
Parking is located right beside the orchards for your picking convenience.
At the Welcome Centre on the North Farm, there is state of the art touch-less washrooms. The washrooms include diaper changing stations and there is an excellent first aid room in the building as well. The Niagara Fruit Education Centre, which is located in the Welcome Centre, permits guests to view educational boards and watch two videos that explain how to pick cherries properly and the growth of a cherry tree.
If you are a family visiting with small children and infants please be aware that we do not permit diapers or diaper bags into the orchard. Baby formula is allowed. We encourage the use of collapsible strollers, they are more convenient to use and more friendly to our other guests. All children are encouraged to drink water before entering the orchard. Water, food and other beverages are not permitted in the orchard.
Outdoor portable toilets are located on the North
Farm for our guests convenience.
